A 40-page customer-facing pricing document had been live with hundreds of pricing discrepancies — some minor, some significant. Beyond the data issues, the document's design no longer matched current brand standards. It needed a full audit and a complete visual rebuild.

Line-by-Line Audit
Every item in the document was cross-referenced against the internal pricing system. Discrepancies were documented, categorized, and verified to the cent before any corrections were applied.
Brand-Aligned Redesign
A full creative brief was developed against the client's current brand guidelines — new typography, updated color application, restructured layouts, and product imagery integration across all 40 pages.
QA and Client Corrections
After the initial rebuild, a second round of targeted edits was applied based on client feedback — additional line items, formatting corrections, and final sign-off.
