The first documented introduction email wins and stays yours for 12 months. Existing Trimark clients and leads already in conversation are not eligible. For one-time projects with no retainer, the reward is 25% of the first payment collected. Attorneys, CPAs, brokers, and insurance agents may be restricted from referral fees; we can use reciprocal referrals or in-kind work instead. Terms are confirmed in a short written agreement.
